At BLOWD, we stand by our engineering. But we also know that sometimes, a product just isn't the right fit for your space. Here is how we handle returns—no fine print, just fairness.
1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
· The Window You have 30 days from the moment your package is delivered to start a return.
· The Requirement We only ask that items stay in their original packaging and remain in the same condition you received them.
2. TRANSPARENT COSTS
· Restocking Fees None. We don't believe in charging you to put a product back on our shelf.
· Return Shipping
o You cover shipping if you simply changed your mind or picked the wrong color.
o We cover shipping if the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong model.
3. ISSUES UPON ARRIVAL
· Quick Check Please open your box as soon as it arrives.
· 48-Hour Alert If something is broken or malfunctioning, email contact@blowd.us within 48 hours. We will fast-track a solution so you aren't left without a breeze.
4. REFUND TIMELINE
· Notification We’ll send you an update the moment your return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
· Processing Once approved, your money goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
· Banking Keep in mind that banks often take a few extra days to show the balance on your statement.
