1. THE SPEED OF FLOW (PROCESSING)

We don’t believe in letting orders sit on a shelf. Our team works hard to get your gear ready for its journey.

·         Our Prep Time: It takes us 1–3 business days to quality-check and pack your order.

·         The "Magic Hour": Place your order before 2:00 PM (EST), and we’ll start working on it the very same day.

·         When We’re In: You’ll find us at the warehouse from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Saturday. (Yes, we work Saturdays so you can stay cool sooner).

2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

·         Standard Shipping

o    Orders Under $45: $5.99

o    Orders Over $45: FREE

Delivery: 5–8 business days.

·         Expedited Shipping: $14.99

Delivery: 2–3 business days.

3. KEEPING TABS ON YOUR PACKAGE

We won't leave you guessing. As soon as your order hits the road, we’ll send a tracking number straight to your inbox.

·         Quick tip: Carriers usually need 24–48 hours to update their systems, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement immediately. Your flow is on its way!
